Damaged items upon arrival

If you have received your item damaged upon arrival please email us with photographic evidence. You have one working day from the delivery date to submit the evidence. Once this window has passed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Please send the photos to the provided email address.

Incorrect Address 

Please be advised that if an incorrect address is provided, we will not be able to offer a refund, and you will be responsible for any issues related to the delivery. We strongly recommend double-checking the address to ensure accurate delivery.

Pre - Order Items 

Please note that pre-order items may take up to 3 / 4 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we process your order.

Returns / Exchanges Policy

In order to start a return, please email us at [riverajewelleryy@gmail.com] with your request. We will provide you with the necessary information on how to return your item. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

If you would like to return an item, you must do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

If there are any signs that your item has been worn or the tag has been removed it will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances and the item will be sent back to you. 

Please ensure that all products are undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging, along with the original tags attached.

We offer free UK returns

Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping costs.

Discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Jewellery Material. 

Our jewellery is primarily made of Stainless Steel, 925 Sterling Silver, while some items are Plated Copper. All 18K Gold Plated.

The materials used for each piece are listed in the product description,please review this information before purchasing.

Jewellery Care:

Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals (perfumes, lotions, or any acidic liquids).

Remove your jewellery before sleeping.

Avoid wearing your jewellery while sweating.

Do not wear your jewellery while showering.

Periodically wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth to keep it clean.

Store your jewellery in the Rivera pouch to help reduce scratching.

Sensitive Skin

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend avoiding metals that may cause irritation. Please carefully review the product descriptions before making a purchase. The customer is responsible for taking all necessary precautions, and we are not liable for any reactions.
